Upon our founding, we’ve prioritized doing our part to contribute to the neighborhoods that support us. We believe that by extending our hospitality to our community, we will make our own business stronger.

We encourage our employees to become involved in their communities, and we support their charitable causes. In addition to the individual efforts by our staff, we are dedicated to continually providing our time and resources to support charities related to a cause dear to all the owners; congenital heart disease.

Our goal is to help leave the world a better place, and when we work to create positive change in our communities, we take a tiny step closer to achieving that goal.

We are proud to partner with the Mighty Oakes Heart Foundation and the Ollie Hinkle Heart Foundation. These two organizations were founded by the two families behind our restaurants after the loss of their sons. Oliver “Ollie” Hinkle and Oakes Ortyl, the inspiration behind the name “Olive + Oak”, were born with congenital heart defects and lost their battles to the disease at just one year of age.
